We can't wait to present you this beautiful sale we've been preparing since September. It is so packed we've decided to extend it to a 3-day sale, so every one of our patrons can check it out this weekend - between Friday and Sunday. Starting with truly excellent quality furniture - by Lazy Boy and Bassett mostly, when it comes to Living Room and Family Room (chairs, sofas), then Pennsylvania House gorgeous set in Master Bedroom, to Stanley and Ladlow's furniture in guest bedrooms, some accent pieces by Pottery Barn, Pier 1 and Crate & Barrel, and custom side tables, coffee tables, dining and kitchen tables... The selection of Art is quite contemporary, and we'll have abstract prints, lots of gold and flower arrangements (Poppies, Tulips), as well as some more traditional or Southwestern Art that is quite difficult to get, especially with extraordinary custom framing around it, such as pieces presented here - we have an original watercolor by Atkinson, Dale Terbusch retired double signed lithograph with custom frame, as well as a great size signed and numbered Thomas Kinkade on canvas (24x36) with a beautiful frame as well. 

The living room will also present a really unique - Hopi Kachina, an antique American Adding Machine, model 5, some great decor pieces, vintage stone terracota, Crate & Barrel glassware, collectible beer and barware, an antique Erphila nude woman vase in white, collectible decanters, crystal and cut glass, depression glass and porcelain set, among a selection of electronics, components, and speakers. 

Going along to the kitchen area you'll find plenty of cookware, including like new Calphalon and Cuisinart pots, cast iron skillets by Lodge, vintage cast iron dutch oven No. 8 with lid and handle, Ninja Foodie, Breville toaster oven, Cusinart coffee maker, among plenty of useful kitchen accessories, such as mixing bowl sets, side dishware, water bottles, corningware, platters, food thongs, baking dishes, etc. 

The patio is probably one of the prettiest you will see at an estate sale - very colorful with plenty of telavera type pots to choose - most of telavera pots are small or medium size, but we have a great selection of glazed terracota planters as well, including iron stands, etc. We have tons of gardening and tree trimming tools, plenty of grilling accessories, metal art such as a whole family of Javelinas, sun wall art, iron clock, great patio furniture - such as adirondack chairs, like new wrought iron chairs with like new cushion - both oversized, custom tile tables - two of them, wrought iron bar chairs with great cushions, 2-seat rocker, chaise loungers, and more! We also will have a great size compost bin for sale, along with pool deck storage, small metal and ceramic decor, plus some concrete statues - such as rabbits, a roadrunner, turtle, etc. Patio will be the Hot Spot for sure!

The guest bedrooms will have some amazing furniture to present as well, including two different Queen size beds, with matching night stands and dressers. The linens and bedding in this household was mostly purchased at Pottery Barn, Macy's, Dillards and Bath, Bed & Beyond and is a very nice quality. We'll have pillows, throw pillows, comforter sets, duvets, blankets, towels, sheet sets, pillow inserts, and more!

The closet has a great selection of like new women's shoes - most size 7.5, as well as couple Justin cowboy boots, a small tray of perfume bottles, some handbags - all like new, a fur coat, VAlerie Stevens leather jacket, other designer jackets and clothing, plenty of excercise equipment - like resistance bands, different weight and weight bracelets, some accessories, shawls, etc. 

The garage is absolutely filled top to bottom! WE have every tool you can imagine, starting with a Ridgid Shop Vac - large 16 gallon size of 6.5 amp, and a lit workbench, and plenty of power tools, such as cutting saws by HP and Black & Decker, cordless Dewalt drill plus Dewalt chargers, tons of specialized tools, vintage fishing baits, rods and accessories, safety glasses, tons of plumbing and electrical items, Craftsman and Husky items, Michelin unopened Emergency Roadside kit, small hand tools, craft accessories, tons of Christmas and some Halloween decorations, decorative flowers, Christmas arrangements and even a 10.5 ft tall pre-lit Christmas Tree from Great Indoors!
