Molloy Road) THURS., SEPT. 22, 6 PM Preview: 5-6 PM Auctioning at the OCM Boces Location-6 Student built garden sheds features: 10’w x 12’l, Spacious 7½’ h walls, Pressure treated 2x6 framed floors, ¾” Subflooring, 2x4 walls framed 16" on center, 16" on center framed ceiling/roof w/7/16" OSB. Owens Corning Architectural Roofing shingles hand applied. Georgia Pacific D4 Vinyl Siding (4 of 6 sheds), Double door w/5' opening to accommodate large items, 1 Vinyl window. Sheds are offered in their current condition, as constructed with any materials inside each shed to go with the unit to finish anything unfinished by students. (2 sheds have T-11 siding w/2 windows). Warranty: There are no implied or expressed warranties, guarantees or other certifications. Buyer will accept and provide for all liabilities, contingencies and other issues that may arise from the acquisition of the garden shed. Further, it is the responsibility of the buyer to accurately ascertain actual dimensions of the structure. Purchasers must make their own arrangements to removing the sheds from the Boces location, an appointment must be scheduled prior to removal with Carrie Heffron, show contact info and must be removed by Friday, October 7, 2022.
