* Required time of pickup/checkout and any charges for storage: Village Square Auctions will charge buyer $30/day storage fee if you need to make arrangements outside of the local pick up times. These types of arrangements need to be made on the first day of pick ups. Any item not picked up within 30 days of conclusion of the auction will be forfeited, no matter of payment status.
* Village Square Auctions does in-house shipping on small items, your items will be packaged, weighed and then determined your shipping and handling fees. You, the buyer are responsible for all shipping fees. Your card on file with HIBID will automatically be billed for shipping. If you need to pay with a different card please contact us and we will send you a separate invoice. SHIPPING & HANDLING WILL NOT BE ON YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE.
* For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction or a lot in the case of system failures/glitches.
* Cards on file will be automatically be charged If you have not contacted us 48 Hours after the Auction Ends to make other payment arrangements.
