We're back in Fountain Hills this week! It's going to be a great big sale with house filled with items, so that we'll need 3 days to conduct this gorgeous estate sale, and we'll start early on Thursday - so please mark your calendars! This beautiful property will present a very wide variety of items for purchase. From a golf cart to hunting and fishing gear & rods, to custom like new and excellent quality furniture, to Brand New Brighton handbags, to different size quilts, to hundreds of dog toys, to men's and women's quality clothing and shoes (Ecco, Asics), to tons of Halloween decor, to orginal art, to yard metal decor, to hundreds of tools by Craftsman - talking about variety! Sure enough, we will TRULY have something for everybody!

Starting with the amazing furniture pieces, and we must say - the pictures do not give it enough justice... The furniture here is most likely the highest quality we've ever seen, higher than stores such as Copenhagen, Restoration Hardware or Pottery Barn - almost all pieces have been custom made, some hand crafted, and handpainted or perfectly hand-inlaid, as our amazing owner is in the industry - and he only chose the best of the best! This furniture could last a lifetime! The kitchen beveled thick glass top table with tree trunk base is an excellent example of how delightful and unique all the pieces here are... We'll have some like new wood heavy ladder chairs for sale too, as well as excellent quality two different King Size beds with headboards, frames, matching nightstands and oversized dressers. There are many side tables, again all custom made and designed, as well as custom lamps, and even a very modern contemporary design "C" or "Moon"-shaped brown leather three seat sofa with matching ottoman. There are other sofas, loveseats and sectionals available for purchase as well, plus unique custom stands, round entertainment shelf, etc. We'll have a custom ornate design chest of drawers with matching dresser, and even some vintage cane chairs on brass wheels in amazing condition. 

This estate will also present a gas powered golf cart, with 670cc V-Twin, LED light bars, Custom upholstery and paint, bluetooth radio with 6 speakers, dump bed, brush bar, underglow lighting, new tires, and a caddyshack horn. Great condition and ready for a test-drive!

The kitchen is not only beautiful, but also absolutely PACKED with brand new items. Retired design Sur La Table bowls, plates, platters and dishes by Pottery Barn, Pier 1 and Crate & Barrel are everywhere! We'll have a brand new Le Creuset 5qt Eggplant dutch over/roaster for sale, Limited Edition lilac color KitchenAid standing mixer, signed pottery pieces, handpainted bowls, Wilton serving platters, etc. The owners also were fans of melamine products, and there's quite a bit of these, but interestingly they are all absolutely beautiful, and we can honestly not tell a difference as many of those came from Sur La Table, Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma and similar quality kitchenware stores. There'll be plenty of Williams Sonoma new kitchen towels, quilted reversible paisley placemats, with matching napkins, a great collection of different design salt and pepper shakers/grinders, vintage Moon Pie plate and a great number of hand-blown pumpkins - just in time for this year's Harvest and Halloween season!

The 4 Lladro figures will be presented in the Living room, including the rare 1980s Sitting Girl Large Lladro figure, that had been retired. There will be other collectibles here too, including some vintage pottery, Fenton and Candlewick glass, original painting, DeGrazia limited ed signed print, handmade baskets, copper pot, Hacienda style decor, and more...

The master bedroom presents a great number of like new or new handbags by Brighton - many are leather, but we'll also have some limited edition Brighton totes, eyeglass cases, umbrellas, scarfs - if you love Brighton this is a must stop this week! We have a Vera Bradley large luggage bag too, plus Pendleton handbag and blanket. There'll be quite a few like new and new shoes, women's and men's clothing, beautiful towels, linens, quilts, throws of all sizes, bath decor, hunting and fishing gear and jackets for men, and a Harley Davidsonleather jacket - like new in XL men's size. 

The fishing gear will be mostly presented in the garage and do we have a great selection of rods, including Fly fishing, sea and ocean ones. The owner is an avid fisherman, and we'll have reels, boat navigation system, bait and tackle, plus many boxes, among other fishing gear, professional bows for bow hunting, duck hunting whitles, camping gear, etc. The garage will also have plenty of handtools and tools for sale, such as Craftsman Air Compressor, Craftsman tool chest on wheels, Stihl Hedge Trimmer, tons of Craftsmanwrenches, socket sets, Toro XL leaf blowercoolers, hand saws, large torques, heavy duty battery charger, tree trimmer, among others. 

The patio has also a great selection of metal yard art, all of the bird houses have been designed by an artist, the dog sculptures were also hand made. The Soleri bell for sale is like new and in stunning condition. There will be a metal Mary and Joseph with baby Jesus, as well, plus some interesting selection of pots, planters, metal flowers, ceramic and concrete figures, a custom iron oversized patio chair with ottoman and great cushions, different wagons - a large one and some more decorative ones.
