The collection & disbursement of all funds, including but not limited to sales tax, buyers fees & payments to sellers are the sole responsibility of “Heartland Auctions”.
They are solely responsible to provide Titles, Bill of Sale and any other documents to the Buyer with respect to items purchased.
On this auction Bid-2-Buy is solely acting as a marketing agent.

ANY TRANSACTIONS OVER $9,000.00 MUST BE PAID FOR WITH BANK WIRE OR CASHIERS CHECK ONLY.
Please make all Cashier’s Checks payable to "Heartland Auctions".
All Cashier Checks will be verified by the Financial Institution they were drawn on.
NO Items will be released until entire invoice is paid in full.

As of December 20, 2017 all new bidder registration will need to register a credit card as a form of identification. Your card will be charged $1 to verify and immediately refunded.
