This week's estate sale will be an excellent treat of high end custom furniture, decor, gallery glass and ceramic pieces, as well as some amazing top of the notch Azadi rugs, Jan Barboglio pieces, high end designer purses and clothing by Vince, Louis Vuitton, Miu, Miu, Kooba, Nordstrom, BCBG... The furniture in this house looks like new, and majority of it was custom designed in stores such as Thayer Coggins and other Interior designers shops and companies. Walking through this gorgeous million dollar property you may expect each room to look as if it was a page from an interior design catalogue. Every piece was meticulously hand- picked by a decorative expert, and plenty of the items are very high end, sophisticated and superior quality, and just simply dashing!

This estate will present some amazing pieces of furniture, such as custom design very heavy duty round dining table with a built in lazy susan (contemporary style - inlaid with table top), and extremely ornate and extra ordinary upholstered chairs - all without any blemishes, as if designed and delivered last month. The spoken of table has a matching oversized buffet, priced at a very small cost of the original price paid as well. What a great spot to store all the Schott Zwiesel Titanium Crystal wine glasses and 1960s style martini glasses that will be available for sale at this home too! The vases and decor pieces were all carefully selected and are absolutely stunning! We'll have some Fusion Z glass artwork knots - a very large one and a smaller one, as well as Pottery Barn vases, Waterford crystal vase, Crate & Barrel vases, candle votives and candle holders, Torchiere style floor candle holders, Japanese glazed stoneware plates, and more!

You may expect to find a 3D Panasonic Plasma right in the living room with an optional 2d mode, standing on a custom designed entertainment console, with some mother pearl tile detail on the doors. In the middle of said console you'll find a great very upscale center speaker for sale as well by Bower & Wilkins. The living room will also present very contemporary Thayer Coggins, inspired by Milo Baughman, midcentury chairs with custom handpicked upholstery, as well as Thayer Coggins midcentury style side tables. The main rug is here too and what a beautiful condition it's in! It's a 8.25 x 11.5 Azadi Rug in contemporary beige/green/cream colors, made out of Himalayan wool. We have two other Azadi rugs in this house for sale - including a small one in the Powder room, and a larger, 5 x 7 right at the entry, in great condition as well. The living room also presents some very contemporary gallery decor pieces, such as paper mache and gold cord vase, a glass wall Linden clock, Glass handpainted oversized plate, Montaage terracota pieces, among other items. There will be a granite coffee table for sale here too! And let's not forget about some very intriguing lamps, including Tyndale lamps of Chicago - we'll have some contemporary table ones, as well a floor model, among other lamps, such as Kovacs, etc. 

The Master Bedroom is amazing statement of style and luxury as well, with a custom design metal bedframe, and absolutely gorgeous pieces of bedding - probably the most extravagant custom bedding coverlet and custom design pillows we've ever seen! They will be for sale for a very small fraction of price paid, and they're absolutely immaculate! The Master bedroom also presents couple very contemporary and like new lamps on top of Ethan Allen dark wood night stands, with built in inside drink trays, a custom fabric and design beige/violet chair with ottoman, a contemporary reading lamp, contemporary Master Bath mirrors, vases, flower arrangements, etc. And of course we'll have quite a bit of Couture and designer clothing for sale too! You may expect brands such as Vince, Eileen Fischer, BCBG Max Azria, Romeo & Juliet Couture, and other couture brands. The handbag selection here will be very lavish as well - since we'll be presenting a vintage Louis Vuitton purse from 1970s, with an insert, as well as leather Miu Miu handbag, alligator and snake skin purses, Nordstrom handbag, Kooba handbag, a few Whiting & Davis gold mesh pieces, such as vintage handbag, wallet, and coin purses, designer Australian hats, vintage wool and feather hats, as well as some sterling and high end costume and designer jewelry and belts. 

Last, but definitely not least we do have some Jan Barboglio pieces for sale here! You can choose among a hammered square tissue box, rose iron trinket, candle votive, and oversized waste basket... They are all as if you picked them out in a store, in absolutely perfect, new condition. Similary with the designer sunglasses available for sale here too! We'll have Kate Spade New York, vintage Suncloud sunglasses with side leather blinders, Smith and Revo sunglasses. The office will also present an older model of Apple Mac desktop computer - priced extremely reasonable, and in great working condition, including the box and keyboard. 

The patio furniture was designed custom as well, and we will have an outstanding granite contemporary style round table with custom designed cushions chairs to go along with it, as well as similar upholstery custom love seat, and other chairs. There are quite a few gardening tools, among other hand tools, and even Ice Axe, as well as adjustable ski racks, Craftsman sander, Black & Decker blower, Williams Sonoma grilling accessories, pool and spa supplies, and some truly remarkable plants and pots available for purchase in the front and back patio - some of the pots are very, very heavy, and will need professional moving help if purchased. We do have a great tall vase with metal sculpted flowers within as well - a very contemporary take on Arizona patio decor. 

The kitchen also presents some of the most amazing custom designed pieces, such as bar chairs and dining table with glass top and 4 chairs. The wine cabinet by Lane will be for sale too, along with wine glass cabinet inlaid inside with Japanese newspaper material, with boho style mirror and brass handles.
