The buyers are responsible for disconnecting any plumbing, shelving or other items that are connected. The buyers are responsible for any damage that they cause. Online auction starts closing at 11am on Thursday, August 25th, 2022.  The first 2 items in catalog order will close at 11am, then 2 items per minute, thereafter. If there are any bids in the final 3 minutes, that item(s) will be extended for 3 additional minutes, and  keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s). 

Preview Inspection Date: By appointment on Wednesday, August 24th, 2022, 11 am - 2 pm

Preview Appointment: The preview sign up will appear on this portal the day before the above date: https://www.signupgenius.com/org/COA

Removal: By appointment on Monday, August 29th, 2022 from 10am-5pm. Removal appointment invitations will be sent via email after auction payments are processed. Local pickup only. No items will be shipped.
