A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening. Any other sheet started will not be honored. Please don’t bring any personal purses into the sales. We will provide you with either a basket or tote for you to place your items you wish to purchase. Please don’t park in or block the neighbor’s driveways. Don’t park anywhere illegally and read all signs for street sweeping. Please be safe and happy shopping!

Hey All…Grasons Co Premier is hosting a fantastic 2-day estate sale located in Acton!! Awesome Antiques, Die Cast Toys, Surf Boards Home Furnishings, Tools (Snap-On included), Car Parts, Camping Equipment, and more! Most items will be 50% off Saturday.
Sign-up sheet goes out at 8a on the first day and doors open at 9a. Arrive early to secure your place in line.
Unfortunately, NO PRICES CAN BE QUOTED BEFORE THE SALE. We are working on multiple homes at the same time with 100’s of items in them. Therefore, it is impossible to remember prices correctly. WE DO NOT PRE-SELL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED.
