THERE WILL BE A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM IN EFFECT AND A 3% SURCHARGE FOR ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All items SOLD AS IS WHERE IS WITH NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTEES. PLEASE INSPECT ITEMS BEFORE YOU BID. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED DAY OF AUCTION. PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH TOOLS AND ANY EQUIPMENT NEED TO LOAD ITEMS AFTER AUCTION. CLIENT WILL GRANT 15 DAYS TO REMOVE LARGE ITEMS LIKE SIGN POLES.
