PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. These terms and conditions are absolute and cannot be altered or changed in any way. If you cannot follow these terms 100%, you are welcome to stay as a spectator, but do not bid.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% buyers' premium is added to the final invoice price. A 3% discount is applied for all purchases settled with cash or check.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No returns or exchanges are accepted once the Auctioneer accepts the buyer's final winning bid. Once the item is sold, the winning bidder becomes the new owner of the item and has effected a legally binding contract which cannot be altered or voided.

NO WARRANTIES: All items are sold as is, where is without warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied as to the quality, character or condition.

INSPECTION: The buyer agrees to rely exclusively on his/her pre-auction personal inspection of the property.

RISK OF LOSS: The buyer takes takes full responsibility and assumes all risk of loss, damage or theft for all property purchased from the time Auctioneer accepts the buyer's final winning bid.

SETTLEMENT: The buyer agrees to make complete settlement on all purchases during or immediately after the conclusion of the auction on the sale day in cash, certified funds, check or mc/visa. A $30 fee is charged for all returned checks.

REMOVAL: Buyer agrees to remove all purchased property from the auction site the night of the auction. The Buyer is fully responsible for the expense and risk of the removal of property and for any damage to property or injury to persons caused by themselves, their agents or employees that occurs during the removal of the property. Items remaining for 2 or more weeks is considered abandoned and becomes the property of Montrie Auction & Estate Service L.L.C. Any such items will be resold or disposed of without any reimbursement or refund to the buyer.

NO PRIVATE SALES: All transactions on the premise must go through the auctioneer. Bid rigging or agreements among buyers at auctions not to bid against each other for the purpose of purchasing goods at low and non-competitive prices is a criminal violation of the federal antitrust laws.
