By participating in this auction, you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Accepted forms of payment are Credit Card - Visa, MC, Discover, Cash, Money order or certified check. After the auction is over, you will receive an invoice via the registered email. A (13%) Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid price. A 3% discount of the Buyers Premium is offered for cash payment only during scheduled pick up times. If your item is not picked up during scheduled pick up times your credit card will be automatically billed for the purchase price, 13% buyers premium and $20.00 late/hold fee. Winning Bidder Notification: You will receive an invoice by email ONLY. You are responsible for checking your email. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify us by email no later than 9am the next day. Shipping: There will be a $10 per box handling charge. We will do are best to condense multiple lots in one box. Fragile, Bulky Items or any items needing special care will need to be arranged and packaged by a professional shipping company such as UPS Store. All shipping, packaging costs are the sole responsibility of winning buyer. A transport fee to Packaging and shipping company may apply. Please note that items will be shipped from Alaska and can be expensive depending on your location. Removal: Your invoice will detail date, time and location of pickup. Items cannot be transferred to an alternate location. Therefore, it is necessary to pick up the items on the date and time stated. Bidders are responsible for their own removal. Any item NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned and we will charge. No refunds or charge backs will be granted due to lack of removal at designated times. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases will be released upon payment. Please insure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location. No items will be released without a paid email receipt. Please be prepared to bring help to load your items. Please bring sufficient packing materials and boxes. Increasing your own bid/Bidding Errors: Please be aware that many bidders routinely increase their own bid to price an item out of reach of other bidders. We will not reverse bids after the auction has closed - no exceptions. Staggered Soft Closing: The online auction closes 3 items every minute. This feature will close the bidding on intervals. This feature works great with the auto-extend feature to closely emulate a 'live' auction. If someone bids in the last minutes the items will be extended out for a time interval designated for competing bids. Bid Notification: If you have been outbid you will be notified by email ONLY UNTIL the last day of the auction --- starting at midnight EST the night before the ending of the auction notices are not sent. To quickly review your bids and see if you have won you can utilize the 'review bids' feature. Items that they have been outbid on will be clearly marked. CAUTION: Varied equipment may be joined for demonstration purposes. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together.
