Lots not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time, will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the propertry of Latimer Auction, with no refunds.
If you cannot pickup your items on the scheduled pickup day & time, please arrange to have someone else pick up your items. Please bring help to load & carry your items to your vehicle.

By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidders are subject to legal actions and will be barred from future Auctions.
