Very Important Information The removal days will be very busy, patience will be appreciated. Check in will be at the Main Terminal which will be clearly marked. A signed liability waiver will be required for all the people in your party. For safety reasons, no children under 18 are allowed in the removal area. You will NOT be allowed in the removal area without a yellow paid receipt from us. One of our staff will accompany you to your purchases. Loading with forklift will be provided on heavy items. There are over 100 pallets in the hanger, we will not be able to remove individual pallet lots with a forklift. Those lots will need to be unloaded off the pallet. We will have a limited number of carts available to use. Please come prepared. Most items located on the Mezzanine can be loaded onto a pallet and lowered down with the forklift. You will be expected to bring extra help to take large items to the pallet.
