When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.

The Credit Card registered during Auction Registration will be charged immediatly following conclusion of the Auction. No Cash Excepted at Pickup Location

Latimer Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.

Pickup Date: Tue. July 26th 2022 from 1:00 till 6:30pm Only!!!
Lots not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time, will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the propertry of Latimer Auction, with no refunds.
If you cannot pickup your items on the scheduled pickup day & time, please arrange to have someone else pick up your items. Please bring help to load & carry your items to your vehicle as none will be available on site.

By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidders are subject to legal actions and will be barred from future Auctions.

Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.

Individual is moving and does not have need/room for these items at her new place. Selling these items "On Line Only" and they will need to be picked up in Iowa Falls, the address will be provided to the winning bidders. Cast Iron Cookware, Flat Screen TV's, Camping Items, Antique Furniture, & more!
