NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT A PACKET. Even if you have submitted a packet for a prior year, you still need to submit a new packet for this auction. If we do not receive all of your materials by  Tuesday, July 19th you will not be permitted to participate in this sale.
