No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects or identification purposes only. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments. (Good Personal & Business Checks are accepted, however, Oberfoell Auctions reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand.)

THERE IS A 10% BUYERS FEE AND MN SALES TAX PER ITEM (Bring Tax Exemption Certificate for Resale Companies)



SHIPPING:

DO-BID.COM WILL PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION OF SOME ITEMS TO ANY OF OUR DO-BID.COM LOCATIONS OR AFFILIATE LOCATIONS AND ALSO THE SHIPPIN’ SHACK. FEES FOR THIS SERVICE ARE POSTED ON EACH ITEM IF THAT ITEM IS AVAILABLE TO BE TRANSPORTED BY DO-BID.COM. A DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN ON MULTIPLE ITEMS (25% DISCOUNT ON OVER 5 ITEMS, 50% DISCOUNT ON OVER 10 ITEMS). TRANSPORTATION OF ITEMS WILL BE ON EVERY OTHER WEEK. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE ITEMS ARE TRANSPORTED TO ANY DO-BID LOCATION, NO EXCEPTIONS.

PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 7:00 P.M. Thursday, July 28, 2022. The close will be staggered (1 Lot every 2 minutes). In addition, there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 3 minutes. This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.
