If you purchase any of the items located at Kennedy or Rooseveldt a contact number will be given to you after the Auction is over and the invoice is paid. This Auction is located in Fergas Falls, MN. We are not able to bring these items back to out warehouse. Any items not picked up during the appropriate removal times will be considered abandoned. All invoices on the Auction MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE. No payments will be accepted on site. This is an OFFSITE AUCTION! You must set up a removal Appointment in advance. The owner states the cooler, refrigerator and ovens were working when last used but there is NO implied guarantees or warranties. They are being sold as/is. You will need to bring help to load these items and schedule a removal time as these are located in separate buildings. The Lathe has some mechanical issues. There is NOT a forklift onsite. Buyer will need to schedule an appointment to remove and provide the proper equipment for removal. The Freezer & Cooler are located at Kennedy Secondary School 601 Randolph Ave. The Ovens and Lathe are located at Roosevelt Education Center, 502 Friberg Ave and all the remaining items are located at Lincoln School 2300 College Way. Loading will be done on the SIDE Doors, not the main entrance. All invoices on the Auction MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE. No payments will be accepted on site. This is an OFFSITE AUCTION!
