My client only wants Estate Sale shoppers coming who have seen interesting things in the listing. There will be NO STREET SIGNS for this sale. Address will be released & sign-in sheet will be placed outside the home at 7am the 1st day of the sale. The sign in sheet is used to see who gets in first at the grand opening of the sale as well as help us practice social distancing throughout the sale. Doors open at 8am. All items that are reserved in the hold area must be paid for in full. As always, please be respectful to the neighbors, but please do not speak to neighbors about the estate sale. There is only parking on one side of the street, but parking is free on any street & there is no street sweeping or trash day to deal with. We can’t wait to see you!
