TITLE:  The seller will provide a fiduciary deed with certificate of title and will also offer to split the fee for an owner’s policy of title insurance.

 

TAXES:  The taxes on this property are currently $ 825.23 per half yr. excluding the homestead exemption and will be prorated to the day of closing on the current basis.
