Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only, no checks will be accepted. A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening. Any other sheet started will not be honored. Please don’t bring any personal purses into the sales. We will provide you with either a basket or tote for you to place your items you wish to purchase.
Please don’t park in or block the neighbor’s driveways. Don’t park anywhere illegally and read all signs for street sweeping. Directions - It is okay to use Shannon Valley Rd (marked private) as this is the only way to get to the property. Please be safe and happy shopping! |

Join us for this spectacular 2-day sale in Acton. Home of a former Executive Security Guard. The home has 2 cars: a 2017 Camaro RS and 2002 Chevy Avalanche. Both vehicles are in excellent running condition, non-smoker, interior stellar, and have all service history records. Avalanche paint has some sun damage. Home also has Movie Posters, Signed Collectibles, Wall Art, Antiques, Toys, Furniture (Interior and Exterior), and more!
While the Guidelines for masks has been relaxed, Grasons staff will continue to enforce social distancing.
