Terms & Conditions: This is a CASH ONLY sale, and so please come prepared with cash. Undercover armed security will be present. There are plenty of Bank ATM’s nearby. NO checks or credit cards will be accepted. 8% Sales Tax will be collected on all purchases.
We will not be accepting Resale Permits. All items sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. You are responsible for arranging your own item pick-up and delivery. No public restrooms, as there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Access is very limited. As such, we will only be allowing only six people in at a time. Viewing and purchase times will restricted to ten minute intervals only, and then we rotate in the next four people waiting in line. People can always go back in line to make additional purchases, and or come back Saturday or Sunday. |

Sale Business Hours: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM each day (Friday 5/29 and Saturday 5/30). Nothing will be sold before or after the stated scheduled opening and closing times. Sunday May 31st from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We respect you, and so please respect the work crew and the owner’s wishes. Thank you.
Directions: From Hwy. 101 take the Black Lake Blvd. exit and turn left. Turn left at the first stoplight. Park outside of Black Lake Apartments and walk into the main driveway and turn left. Unit # AA1 will on your left.
Parking: FRIDAY 5/29/15 Please park all vehicles outside of Black Lake Apartments. Thank you. Parking may be found on the street or outside of the Pro-Build office compound.
SATURDAY (5/30) and SUNDAY (5/31), you may park in the Pro-Build Parking Lot.
