~~THREE DAY SALE !!!!!!!!~~
This week’s sale is going to be pretty overwhelming, and that’s putting it mildly ! Please dress for the weather-it’s hot. We have lots of fans, and a rolling ac unit in the garage, but it’s still going to be hot. At least the house is cool.
Please be aware, the garage area is absolutely crammed full, it’s going to be pretty tight shopping. Don’t spit or cough on each other, please.
Be nice to your fellow shoppers, don’t block the parking, leave your cranky pants in the car, don’t whine. If you have an issue, come talk to me. I’m the old,(actually, a year older today !),fat sassy girl, I’ll try to help ya out.
The sale is going to be Friday and Saturday, June 24-25, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., SUNDAY,11:00a.m.-2:00p.m. The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00 Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling people in, from the list around 8:45.
The address is 2852 East Lake Road, in Gayle Estates, which is about 3 miles west of West Columbia, on FM 1301, off Hwy 35. You’ll take a right onto County Road 810. We’ll have signs out. Please watch out for the herds of deer !! East Lake Road is a dead end, there’s plenty of parking. We’ll have ribbons up, marking the property line, DO NOT park on the neighbor’s property ! There’s a trailer parked on their property-it’s NOT for sale.
There will be NO CHILDREN allowed in the sale areas. No large backpacks, purses, no strollers. Just NO.
Estate Liquidators DOES NOT provide loaders, haulers, nor pack mules. You need to make arrangements to have your purchases moved. We can provide the name/number of an awesome local mover. We’ll try to keep the driveway clear, for item pick-ups.
We accept cash or credit cards.
You will notice our new, weatherproof tags, on outdoor items, they work just the same way as the purple tags we use. They’re perforated, if you want an item with the two-part tag(s), take the BOTTOM HALF of the tag, and hang onto item until you’re ready to pay.

Shameless plugs.....
One of my workers has a side hustle, packing homes for folks, who are moving. She’s very reliable, with competitive pricing. She also does a great job, but don’t tell her I said that...
My Son has just started a pretty cool side business, also. He’s not only an extremely talented musician, but he has a drone photography business. He can make it easy, for ranchers to locate that bad place in the fence, check on livestock, he can do photo shoots for realtors, he’s pretty versatile ! |
