This is bound to be a really fun sale. We've decided to conduct it for three full days to give you a chance to go through everything. To save our client money we will be offering a "pick through" in the four levels and garage of the house. We will be setting up tents to accommodate all items to be priced. The tool shop/barn is packed with tools, parts, and equipment. Our client was a professional electric motor rebuilder. Barn has rolls of copper wire, boxes of brass parts and hardware, dozens of motors and alternators. Also brake press, cherry picker, lathers, drill presses, and much more. John Deere garden tractor, and three other lawn tractors. Yard full of lawn ornaments and vintage cast chairs and table. Also just rebuilt 100hp Mercury outboard motor with all controls. We will organize the interior of the home to facilitate browsing. Our people will be on hand to price items inside home for you with a price sticker as you find them. A hold area will be available.
