IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE YELTON SALE!

 

1.   This house is Jam Packed - it will have an even more than normal controlled entrance.   So if you want something, make sure you are there early.  

 

2.  We are aware of the weather forecast, but really cannot control it so come prepared.  There is not a garage for us to allow you to stand in.  

 

3.  FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be taken from the home till end of sale day Friday or Saturday.   If this is an inconvenience for you because of distance, we apologize.  Due to the size of the home and the amount of contents in it, it would be extremely hard to do any other way safely.   

 

4.  Park on one side of the road.   The home sits at a cross road so you 4 different flat directions to choose from.   Don’t park in the neighbor’s yards either.
