Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only, no checks will be accepted. A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening. Any other sheet started will not be honored. Please don’t bring any personal purses into the sales. We will provide you with either a basket or tote for you to place your items you wish to purchase. Please don’t park in or block the neighbor’s driveways. Don’t park anywhere illegally and read all signs for street sweeping. Please be safe and happy shopping!

Hi All! It’s time for another Grasons Co Premier Estate Sale! This 2-day sale will be located in Lancaster!! Saturday most items will be 50% off!
This home has tons of Home Furnishings, Electronics, Kitchenware, Gym Equipment, Craft Supplies, Camping, Toys, Women’s Clothing/Shoes, and so much more!
Sign-up sheet goes out at 8a on the first day and doors open at 9a. Arrive early to secure your place in line.
Unfortunately, NO PRICES CAN BE QUOTED BEFORE THE SALE. We are working on multiple homes at the same time with 100’s of items in them. Therefore, it is impossible to remember prices correctly. WE DO NOT PRE-SELL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED.
While the Guidelines for masks has been relaxed, Grasons staff will continue to wear masks and enforce social distancing. We will also continue to limit the amount of people into the house at once to maintain social distancing practices. However, we do ask that if you are ill, please refrain from attending the sale.
