Yes, we have rules like everyone else. Movin'On has been around so long that we wrote most of them. Things like be nice, bring help, no returns, no cutting, no stealing, and yes, removing or switching stickers is stealing. We limit the amount of people inside the home to keep our customers safe, keep the insurance company happy and help us stay sane. We don’t do list either and if you injure yourself we'll call the paramedics for you, but we're not responsible for any damages. You need to pay in cash, so be prepared. We don't take credit cards OR checks but will accept Venmo up to $200. We also don’t quote prices and never presale items. YES, we are a business and sales tax is always included. It’s not a garage sale so please don't pretend it is. If you're looking for a garage sale look for the signs in the neighborhood, they are everywhere. However, don't mix them up with Solano County’s original and professional PINK signs, those are ours. One last thing, unattended children will be placed inside furniture and sold for a cheap price. We take pride in our sales. You can be sure there are always good quality items and collectibles at our sales as we won't take a job on unless we think it will be successful. Our customers know this but as a consequence we have long lines, sometimes very long lines. Just ask Eden B. from YELP, she's still mad at us for not taking her sale. Movin’On wants you to have fun! So if you feel you're having the "worst experience..ever” waiting in line like Ron S. or "waste my time" like Viva H both from YELP did, we want you to take time meeting the many other interesting people who are also waiting in that long line. Long time Estate Sale in Green Valley (Fairfield) Thursday 16th 9am-2pm Friday June 17th 9am-1pm or until sold-out Sale may open a little earlier on Friday Parking at outside gate only (unless you’re picking up bought items) Please follow attendants directions. Please be respectful to neighbors, employees and fellow shoppers. Please DO NOT disturb neighbors!
An Old Fashion 2 day estate sale at one of the oldest homes and original owners in Green Valley! It has some original theater seats from Fairfield Cinema and the original bar from the Green Valley Country club! It’s so packed that were not even making a list. Just look at our over 400 pictures the only items not pictured is the vintage jewelry and there’s lots of it! Oh and one more thing, we’re not charging for the dust! It’s a fun and super sale with super secret pricing at Fridays open. (Must be present for details) Keep watching this ad for updated pictures as the sale date gets closer. Although it’s a first in-line, first inside policy, the property allows us to let more people than normal in. However, there will be a limit due to safety hazards and will be determined the day of the sale. . Customer list will removed and not honored. Unattended customer boxes or bags will be removed and discarded. Only 1 customer at a time to examine the jewelry and will need to sign up after entering the home. Thank you in advance for practicing any safety measures currently in place by the State of California. Sorry, Bathrooms are closed, all current state and county health mandates apply. You must be present for pricing; security is on site 24 hours a day. Our advance apologies for not responding to your questions. Must see to appreciate! DON'T MISS OUT!
