Listing Terms and Conditions

Sellers will have until 5pm on June 28th to accept or reject the final offer on each tract.  If final bids are accepted, buyer on each tract will sign a purchase agreement and place a 10% non-refundable earnest deposit in the Blair Title Trust Account, where it will be held until closing.

Possession:  Buyer on each tract will receive landlords possession at closing.  Buyer on each tract will receive landlords possession at closing and 100% of the 2022 cash rent at closing. 

Closing:  Sellers will provide an updated abstract on each tract. Buyer on each tract will have a title opinion by the attorney of the buyers choice.  Each party shall pay normal costs associated with closing a real estate transaction.  Closing to be on or before July 28th, 2022.
