When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.

The Credit Card registered during Auction Registration will be charged immediatly following conclusion of the Auction. If wanting to pay with Cash please let us know prior to the start of the Auction. If items are shipping to your location, there will be two charges made to the Credit Card on file when you registered. One for the item, the other for Shipping when it is packed & ready to ship. Shipping rate is actual postage cost plus$10 per box packed to Ship.

Latimer Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.

Pickup Date: Thursday June 9th 1:00 till 6:30pm if you need to have your items shipped, please contact us before the end of pickup time, to confirm "Ship to" Address. Shipping is available on smaller items only, if in doubt please call to verify! Latimer Auction will not be responsible for your items once they leave our Facility!
Lots not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time, will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the propertry of Latimer Auction, with no refunds.
If you cannot pickup your items on the scheduled pickup day, please arrange to have someone else pick up your items. If you have to pick up your item on a date or time other than scheduled there will be a $25 Fee charged .

By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidders are subject to legal actions and will be barred from future Auctions.

Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.
