This week’s Fountain Hills Million Dollar Home+ estate sale is absolutely gorgeous and there will be plenty of amazing items to sell, most of them new and many still in box! Our lovely couple is moving to the beach and they’re selling their entire estate! This golf course property is a true statement and holds many treasures, collectibles as well as brand new items. The kitchen is absolutely full with new appliances, such as brand new 3 different Ninja Foodies, Kitchenaid Standing mixer with extra bowl and attachments in boxes. There are 2 new T-fal Optigrills, plenty of new Unikat Polish pottery, Vitamix blender with 5 different and new attachments, many kinds of air fryers by Oster, Ninja, and Cook’s Essentials. There’s plenty of ceramic and cast iron dishes, most new of course, and even. Vintage like New Le creuset no 24 French cast iron Dutch oven pan with 2-in-1 use lid will be for sale as well among plenty of other cast iron and enamel dishes, and of course a whole table of Brand New Copper Chef pots and pans!   
 

The dining room follows the same story with new items in boxes, such as Waterford picture frames, paper weights, crystal balloon wine glasses and champagne glassware, Tiffany & Co paper weights and a beer mug. There is also a Limoges China set, Lexington dining set with a designer table and chairs, stone top buffet, Iron design door curio cabinet. The living room furniture is by Copenhagen and will include very mid-century modern sofa and chair. We’ll also have some amazing wool and wool with silk accents rugs from Dave & Adler. They will be priced to sell! The main living room also follows with an amazing Baby grand piano with self playing system, as well as a brass trumpet with case and even a Fender Stratocaster 60th anniversary guitar with amp in case. The flatware is mostly Lauffer Towle, some rose gold, some stainless steel, few different large sets and serving pieces. . 
 

The collectibles in this sale are amazing! Starting with signed Sopranos family photo, signed by all main characters of the male cast, including late James Galdonfini aka “Tony Soprano”. We also have a photo signed by Sean Connery with hologram and authenticated, as well as First Jason poster signed by the actor, with Certificate of Authenticity as well. The sports memorabilia is where the fun starts! Larry Bird signed basketball, as well plenty of items signed by Dean Smith and Roy Williams, including basketballs signed by the coaches and the entire team during winning and non-winning seasons (2007, 2008 etc). We also have Hank Aaron signed baseball with certificate of authenticity as well, and so much more, especially when it comes to Hall of Fame coach Dean Smith as well as Roy Williams and players, teams of North Carolina Tar Heels, amazing team, which won multiple championships and college tournaments over the years. 
 

There are also plenty of Harley Davidson items, as the lovely owner is an avid Harley rider. It will include 3 helmets, luggage, gloves, leather jackets, rain gear, gloves, Fossil limited edition clock and more… The patio furniture is quite a view on this golf course property as well and of course the brand New Soleri bell still in box is absolutely worth to mention! Such unique finds in this home!

We will have something for the gamers as well, and that is Sega Game gear with couple games, as well as limited edition PSP with some games, PS2, some snes video game manuals, among other gaming collectibles. There’s also a vintage Yashica camera and other vintage camera equipment, as well as Sony camcorder with case and extra tapes. 
 

The cosmetics in this sale are almost all brand new, and include boxes with of color cosmetics, Josie Maran creams, soaps, Smashbox and It cosmetics brand new and never used - many purchase in the last couple of years! We also have some tools in this sale including Like New Craftsman Air Vac, brand New Karcher pressure washer, hand tools and other items. The Christmas decor is one of the nicest we’ve seen as well with plenty of Christopher Radko, Thomas Paccione - some brand new in boxes!
