Shipping Information: Shipping and handling is available. However, costs are not included in the final price. All parties are responsible for paying their own shipping costs once the amount has been determined based on the local USPS shipping rates. The Cates Auction & Realty team’s primary goals are to (1) take the necessary precautions needed to protect the safety of all parties and (2) help ensure that all items can be transported safely from the pickup location. 1 Mahindra 3616 4WD Tractor Mahindra 3616 HST four-wheel drive tractor with glass cab, 116 front end loader scoop, and 5’ tiller implement. Little over 100 hours on it. The Mahindra 3616 is equipped with a 1.7 L (101.4 cu·in) three-cylinder diesel engine and one of two transmissions: a synchronized shuttle transmission with dry disc clutch and 8 forward and 8 reverse gears or a hydrostatic transmission with infinite (3-range) forward and reverse gears. It measures about 40 inches wide, 20 inches deep and 24 inches tall. 24 Six Curved Front Drawer Dresser w/ Mirror Possibly 1960's era curved front dresser wth six drawers and an attached mirror. There is some normal wear and tear damage including chipped veneer. It is in over all good condition, just needs some TLC. The hardware is cute! You'll also want to bring a screwdriver to take off the mirror. It is about 4ft wide, 20 inches deep and 36 inches tall without the mirror. 25 Antique Hoosier Style Cabinet This appears to have been refinished and repaired at some point. The enamel work surface/counter top is in good condition and pulls out to make a small table (40”x24 1/2”). The top shelves are not properly attached to the base. The wood looks nice for the most part, but there is some warping on the back and on the bottom of one of the drawers. The bottom drawer is lined with metal and has some rust, 40”x24 1/2”x67”. 26 Large Vintage 3D Budweiser Clydesdale Sign This is a large piece of molded plastic, with framing on the back. Vintage Casige German Child's Toy Sewing Machine Red Riding Hood c. 1948 For the Benefit of Adorable little children's sewing machine produced by the Casige Company of Germany. Casige was one of the great German toy makers of the 20th century although the original company had been founded some 50 years earlier. They began producing children's sewing machines in 1902 and made them and other toys until about 1975. Research indicates this was their Model 25, produced in 1948.
