No other pickup times will be offered. Preview: No previews for this sale. Bidders are responsible for bringing appropriate help for moving and loading furniture and large items as well as boxes and packing materials. Staff is NOT permitted to assist in moving anything. Please be prepared with tools and packing supplies as these items are not provided. Please notify us BEFORE pick up if someone is picking up on your behalf. Items will NOT be released without your permission. Terms and Conditions: The Bidder acknowledges and accepts the item(s) "as is, where is". Clear Out the House will note any obvious condition issues and provide a description of each item offered for sale to the best of its abilities. However, the Bidder agrees that Clear Out the House is not responsible or liable for any errors, oversights, or misidentification, of any item. Once a Bidder has become the winning Bidder, all sales are final. Payment: We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. We DO NOT accept personal or business checks and we DO NOT accept coin payments unless payment is under $1.00. There will be an added 10% buyer's premium to each invoice and a 3% additional fee for card processing. For invoices under $10.00, there is a flat $5.00 minimum charge for credit cards. Fees may be charged after the invoice is paid when paying with a debit/credit card. Unpaid invoices will be collected using a credit card on file. There will be a credit card fee assessed to any unpaid invoice under $10.00, to bring the total to $10.00. In addition, all disposed of items may be subjected to an additional disposal fee.
