We're pleased to present a number of storage units up for bids from MPLS Storage. Please note: Inspection and pickup is by appointment only. Please contact Kristi at 612-333-7525 to schedule an appointment. Inspection will not be allowed beyond the threshold of the doorway. Shipping is not available for ANY of the items in this auction. Online payments ONLY. Payments must be made by 5:00 PM on 6/6/2022. You will not be able to remove items until payment has been verified. A $250 cleanout fee PER UNIT will be assessed at the time of payment. Upon satisfactory cleanout of the storage unit (according to the property owner's judgment), the $250 will be refunded to your credit card. If you win 2 units, yes, you will be expected to pay $500 for the cleanout fee. You have until 5:00 PM on 6/8/2022 to remove your items from the property. Failure to do so will result in surrender of contents, no refund for the auction's hammer price, the buyer's premium, Minnesota sales tax, or the $250 cleanout fee. All items are sold as-is, where-is with absolutely no guarantees. There is no garbage service on the premises - you are responsible for trash disposal. Bring the proper help, the tools needed, and the necessary equipment to haul contents safely.
