This system is a 24 man sort line that feeds 4 Gaylord boxes and six bunkers which in turn feed a 50ft. Mayfran Steel belt conveyor. This was used to sort material feeding a large Mosley Baler which will be available in another auction. The system was custom built by Davco which is no longer in business though the system is still operational and very useful. Original cost was over 600k.
The system consists of the following:
Custom in ground infeed with metering drum 24 man sort line with conveyor and drops Crossbelt Magnet System Controls 6 bunkers with conveyors to unload (one conveyor has built in scale system) 50 ft. 72" Mayfran in ground Steel Belt Conveyor
Inspections are welcome by appointment only.
