Please bring help to load large items. We appreciate pickups after 2:00 PM first day of sale, and after 12:00 on Sunday. Not responsible for accidents, home is one level. Carpeting throughout home is white, we have provided shoe covers ("booties") at the front door to keep it as pristine we found this lovely home. We provide sold tags at the front and available from staffers for the Saturday and Sunday morning opening "rushes" for your convenience. Please write your name clearly on the sold tags and leave in place, a runner will take to cashier's holding tables for you. All valuable smalls and jewelry should be marked, and bagged (we provide bags) where provided for jewelry, with your name. A staffer will take to cashier. Most Books and paper are priced in pencil just inside cover to preserve the book.
No discounts first day, everything is priced to move quickly as home is for sale, great opportunity to purchase lovely brand name furnishings, accents, jewelry, and accesories. If you wish to leave a bid on Saturday, bid boxes and bid sheets are available several places in the home for your convenience. Second day is our discount day. All must move as the home is for sale.
Security is in place in the home and by our staff, theft is strongly prosecuted. Please leave large bags, baskets, and overcoats at home or in your car. Tag large furniture and items with a sold tag and your name. We will deliver the info to the cashier, just check to make sure all your items are there when you check out. You will need your receipt to remove large pieces from home.
