First come - first serve! We do not have a sign up sheet so form a line outside the front door. You will have access to the sale promptly at 9am.
Once inside the estate, we have staff available to help you with your selections. We have a holding table for those items as well. We do not move or load furniture so please come prepared to move your own items before the sale ends! We accept Cash, ALL MAJOR Credit Cards, and all good checks. Please leave your bags and boxes in your vehicle. We provide baskets to help carry your items. A complimentary packing station is available when checking out. We are happy to provide SOLD tags once your items have been paid for. We appreciate your cooperation for adhering to designated parking locations. We do consider internet offers. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS. |
