Unless alternate shipping or pick up arrangments are made, all items must be picked up during the pickup date shown above.

Caidyn is in need of a Kidney Transplant, she is presently on the Transplant List at the University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City. All Proceeds of this Benefit will go in Caidyn's name with "COTA" The , Children's Organ Transplant Association.
