BY REGISTERING, ACCEPTING, AND RECEIVING A BIDDING IDENTIFICATION, YOU THE BUYER AGREE:
1: The successful Bidder of any Lot or group of lots will pay a 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM, being the percentage as announced added to the winning bid price to arrive at the Final Price.
2: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults known and unknown. You are strongly encouraged to inspect the merchandise in person to satisfy your complete purpose and use before bidding or buy without inspection waiving the right of inspection.
3: ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
4: The public and bidders will be allowed the opportunity to physically inspect all items, and lots being offered at Live and/or online, or Online Only Sale at the time announced. Due to conditions public inspection may create, the Sale Agents cannot guarantee or warrant that any original depiction of Lots will contain the same items and/or be in the same condition as originally depicted. Therefore, the Sale Agents are not responsible for any items that are missing or damaged after the Lot illustration was created. We will do all possible to ensure the original lots of items are not displaced, missing, or damaged, but there are no guarantees or warranties of condition whatsoever.

6: Announcements and notices the day of the Online Sale Company take precedence over all prior advertising of any kind. The terms, conditions, advertising, and items of this Auction are subject to change without notice.
7: All sales are for cash, Tennessee Bank check, or Venmo as agreed as evidenced by your registration by the issuance of a bidding identity.
8: The Seller reserves the right to accept below and above any stated reserve, otherwise all sales are Absolute. The Online Sale Company reserves the right at the direction of the seller to remove items, add items, change terms, or items at any time prior to their Sale to the best benefit of the Buyer and the Seller, or to settle any disputes or correct mistakes. If there are questions, immediately contact the Sale Specialists for clarification.
9: You are entirely responsible for all items bought using the bidder identity issued under your registration with this Sale. When you purchase one or more item you are obligating yourself to pay for all items purchased under your bidding registration. You cannot remove any item, or items until payment is made and you have been issued a PAID invoice, receipt, or ticket.
10: The Sale Agents, and all personnel are in fact Agents for the Seller, only, and do not and cannot warrant the quality, quantity, age, or condition of any item, or articles, in the Online Only Sale - again you are buying "AS IS, WHERE IS." Personal inspection prior to bidding is strongly encouraged on the date and time provided or bid waiving inspection!
11: The Auctioneer reserves the right to sell in lots, to the best advantage of the Seller.
12: The Auctioneer reserves the right to control the size of the bids for the speed and clarity of the sale.
13: In the event of a tied bid or disputed bid, the Auctioneer's word shall be final on whether to reopen the bidding. Be sure to clarify and settle all disputes at the time of the sale. If any dispute arises after the Online Only Sale or Live Simulcast Sale, our sale record is conclusive.
14: When the Auctioneer sells any item, the purchaser assumes ALL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY for the lot and/or item from the moment the Auctioneer indicates the sale. No swapping permitted - you pay for what you buy using your bidding number.
15: The Auctioneers reserve up to two business days to accurately confirm and invoice all sales.
16: WE DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING - THE BUYER MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENT TO REMOVE AND SHIP ALL EQUIPMENT BOUGHT AT THESE SALES! IF THE ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED DURING THE TIMES AND DATED HEREIN PUBLISHED, THEY REVERT BACK TO THE OWNER FOR DISPOSAL.
17: THE AUCTIONEERS DO NOT MOVE ANY ITEMS PURCHASED. THEY ARE YOUR PROPERTY FROM THE MOMENT THE AUCTIONEER INDICATES THE SALE. PLEASE DO NOT ASK ANY AUCTION PERSONEL TO MOVE OR GUARD ANY OF THE ITEMS YOU MAY HAVE PURCHASED FOR LEGAL AND INSURANCE REASONS.
