Any bid within the last 3 minutes of a lot to close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Payment Terms: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file or a hold placed on the card. Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for sll amounts over $500. There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. * Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. * Shipping: Some items may not be available for shipping.
