THIS IS A DESIGNER HOME DECOR AND FURNITURE TO PURCHASE AT A BARGAIN! This home is truly like a model home, with furniture all carefully designed and selected from stores such as Restoration Hardware, Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, etc. All the pieces are like new or new, and as if you found them in the store. When you walk into this gorgeous property is truly as if it was the model home experience! We have some great swivel chairs from Crate & Barrel, as well as a dark turquoise daybed from Crate & Barrell. The Master Bedroom set is one of the most gorgeous you will ever see. It was bought in Restoration Hardware not long ago, and includes a beautiful King bed with upholstered headboard, a gorgeous tall and oversized chest of drawers, as well as 2 oversized dark wood bedside cabinets/nightstands. The entire bedroom suite is like new, and absolutely breath-taking. The master bedroom also has a 55' Samsung TV for sale - just recently bought in 2021, right before our lovely owners decided to move to Florida! The contemporary lamps, bedding and blankets are also from Restoration Hardware and will be for sale!

The owners of this estate are also avid art collectors, and we will present you with a selection of contemporary art and sculptures, mostly purchased at the Fountain Hills arts and craft show, as well as the Scottsdale annual art festival. We will custom framed prints of Patricia MacAllister, and another one which is a lithograph by Carol Grigg, among other artists. There will be some abstract art and prints, all pieces custom framed too. 

Some of the hallway pieces are from the Restoration Hardware, and will match any contemporary or just very stylish decor, including the beautiful studded linen and wood dresser, and more of contemporary Hacienda style arch-shape studded mirror. The metal and glass artwork in the hallway is stunning, and represents elements of Native American spirits, with one special piece - that is truly unique and speaks for itself, with the handcrafted wood work of the side/accent table and it's turquoise inlaid parts. 

The guest bedroom set has like new Restoration Hardware metal headboard bed, with a like new pretty much unused mattress, Hacienda style solid wood nightstands and a dresser. The lamps are more Southwestern, with more traditional shades and horse design on the base. The bedding - again with similar accent colors is by Martha Stewart Collection. The mirror in this bedroom has some astonishing detail on it's handpainted solid wood frame. 

The living room is simply like from a interior design magazine, and it has some of the greatest pieces, including Native American pottery, jugs, contemporary large glass plates and platters with different designs and texture, Restoration Hardware Lamp, like new brown leather sofa sectional, contemporary rug and hammered metal coffee table. We will have some enormous pieces of Navajo Horsehair ceramics, and Acoma pottery in this room as well. It may be worth mentioning that the Sonos speakers shown in photos will also be for sale, and have been purchased pretty recently as well. The 65' Samsung Tv in the living room is for sale too, and in great condition, just like anything else you may see at this estate. 

The patio furniture is also in amazing, like new condition, and there is a selection of two chaise loungers with wheels and Pottery Barn Style cushions, along with very unique mosaic tile side tables, a larger round patio table with 4 chairs, and some great decor, including a small soleri bell and a patio metal mobile.

Many of the towels, and linens have also been carefully selected and maintained, and we will have Pottery Barn towels, Suite Collection, Hotel Collection, Martha Stewart Collection among other brands. The bathroom ceramic set is by Donna Karan New York, and even this set matched all the accent colors that travel from room to room in this house. 

Last, but not least, the kitchen has couple tables for sale, one being a more traditional like new round wood table with 6 chairs and one leaf, and another one, which is a tall bistro table, with a hand beaten copper tabletop. The bar chairs are as if you would find them in a furniture store, and will be for sale too! The kitchen has Kitchen Aid standing mixer for sale, among some other great items, such as contemporary crystal glasses, designer plates and ceramics, Crate & Barrell dining dish set, Breville toaster oven, Dansk enamel on cast iron pots, like new Cuisinart pot and pan set, Krups toaster, Ice tea maker and Rogers & Bros stainless steel flatware set.
