We reserve the right to check large purses or bags at the cashier station and to charge correct pricing on items which have removed, changed or altered price stickers. Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express accepted, totals over $10 appreciated. Brie’s does not charge you fees to use debit or credit cards!
Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. Please go to BRIESLINE.COM to book an appointment. We will be booking appointments at the rate of four cars per 15 minutes from 10:00 AM through 3:45 PM. Please book one slot per car, if you are traveling with a partner or group in the same car you only need one slot. If you are late there is a chance you will lose your appointment time and will need to reschedule so please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, please delete it from the website so someone else may have the chance to attend the sale. If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office. |

*** In addition to the terms and conditions noted above, the following will apply: *** This 4,300 square foot home built in 1979 and located on nearly 1.5 acres of land is located on a narrow street off Riverwoods Road and there is limited parking at the home. As a result we will be conducting a by appointment estate sale over two weekends instead of a traditional sale. The dates are Friday-Sunday April 29-May 1 and Thursday-Saturday May 5-7. The second weekend's ads will launch after the first weekend is completed. Please go to BriesLine.com to book an appointment.
