Pictures should be considered part of the description. Common nicks, scratches, manufacturing issues, pinheads and wear will not be called. All items for sale are "as is", with no guarantees or warranties and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. All items listed with damage are sold "as is", so once a damage is called or listed, there are no returns for finding more damage. If you are unsure of the condition or authenticity of an item, call for more information or pictures before making your decision to bid. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO GIVE YOU CONDITIONS OF ITEMS, BUT YOUR CONDITION AND OUR CONDITION COULD BE 2 DIFFERENT THINGS. PLEASE PREVIEW IN PERSON IF POSSIBLE. Everything sells as is with NO RETURNS. By placing a bid, the Bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, and they have made their own decision to bid. Harry Lahr Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion for any reason.

Harry Lahr Auctions offers online bidding through Auction Flex/HiBid and the Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly before and during the auction. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against Harry Lahr Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Harry Lahr Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.

KEEP IN MIND THAT THE SIZE, SHAPE, WEIGHT, DEGREE OF FRAGILITY, ALL FACTOR INTO THE COSTS OF SHIPPING.

Look at all pictures and use them as part of the description and use your own judgement to decide on authenticity and condition and whether or not to bid.

There will be a 10% Buyer's Fee added to each item.There will be the option to pick up items in person and pay cash or with a good check and then the Buyer's Fee will only be 5%. The buyer's premium will stay at 10% for all items shipped. Buyer pays all shipping fees. We reserve the right to stop or restart any auction incase of a system failure. We reserve the right to reject any bid.

Invoices will be emailed to winning bidders on the Monday after the close of the auction. If there is no communication within 5 days of sending invoices, your credit card will be charged.
