All bids will be considered legal contracts to buy with only highest bid that meets all terms being accepted.  These vehicles will sell.  The successful bidder will be expected to “close the deal” with payment IN FULL by Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 12 PM.  After receipt of payment, arrangements will be made for the transfer of vehicle title and handing over of the keys.  Titles are being held by and will be transferred at Kelly’s Auto Tag Service, 1183 Wyoming Avenue, Exeter Borough, PA, 18643.  Acceptable methods of payment are Cash and Check ONLY (Check made payable to Chuck’s Auction Service).  The vehicles and titles will remain in possession of the Auction Company until your check clears and funds have been deposited in our account.  NO financing is offered and sale is NOT contingent upon your getting financing.   The purchase price for the vehicles will include a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to the successful bid price.
