NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS!!! -Doors Open At 10:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area. -Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police. -SMILE, as usual, there will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home. -Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside. -Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information. Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in South Tampa this upcoming weekend for an In-Person Estate Sale. Robert " Bob" Franzblau and Jo Zimmer were long time South Tampa residents, since 1956. Bob and Jo owned the Thompson Cigar Company, which later became The Thompson Group. The group owned the cigar company, Casual Living (gifts and apparel) and The Linen Source (bedding and window treatments). They sold the group in 2018. They were life-long boaters, and one of the first members of the Davis Islands Yacht Club. For 50 years, Bob and Jo were very involved in local arts organizations and other efforts to build the cultural offerings in the Tamp Bay area. They were also founders of the Tampa Bay Performing Art Center (now the Straz Center). This is an amazing estate that we have been selected to liquidate. This home was built by the family in 1972. This is one of those estate sales that you don't want to miss. At the conclusion of this sale this home will be listed with a realtor. The realtor is Jeramiah Bustin, with Engel & Volkers.
