This week’s sale, is one street south of our last sale !  Guys, there are no tools, or “guy” stuff, any this sale, I promise we’ll make it up to y’all soon. 

 

The sale will be Friday and Saturday, April 15-16, 9:00a.m., until 2:00p.m., both days. The address is 213 Tearose Lane, in Lake Jackson. Friday is a trash pick-up day, on this street, so please leave room for the garbage scow to sail through. Please don’t block driveways, don’t block traffic, y’all know the rules. And remember, Lake Jackson officers keep their pencils sharpened, to issue citations. Yikes !

 

Please note !!! The lovely floors in this home need to stay lovely, don’t even THINK about dragging furniture, etc. across them !!!

 

The sign-up sheet will go out Friday morning, around 8:00a.m., and we’ll begin calling the names on the list around 8:45. 

 

Please, no large purses, backpacks, strollers, etc. in the sale areas, or they could be subject to being searched. 

 

Estate Liquidators DOES NOT PROVIDE LOADERS, HAULERS, OR PACK MULES !!! You need to provide your own help, to move your large, or bulky items.

 

THERE WILL BE NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREA !

 

We accept credit cards and cash. If a local check is written, and isn’t good, there’s a $60 charge, plus, whatever your bank charges.  Go write your hot checks somewhere else !
