We are pleased to present this great online estate auction featuring the entire contents of a beautiful estate in Carolina Preserve in Cary.  Per NC Auction Law, we have to inform you that the owner is deceased, and the name is withheld at the request of the family.  If we noticed any issues with items in this auction, we made our best effort to point them out in the photographs and/or descriptions. Please see all pictures and ask any questions that you may have. This auction will end on Sunday, April 10th, bidding will start to close at 8 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold.  

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, April 12th, from 11-7 pm. The address for this pickup will be released only to winning bidders. The home is in the Carolina Preserve neighborhood of Cary.  Please be sure you can make pick-up before bidding.  There WILL be a sign-up time required for this pick-up.  Shipping could be available on smaller items, but please contact us before bidding for shipping approval. Also, please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces and boxes for smaller items.
