Listing Information
Item Description A. Our seller Lynda has something in common with Christie Brinkley, Brooke Shields, Cybill Shepherd, Cheryl Tiegs, Connie Sellecca, Jaclyn Smith and Kim Basinger. All of these beautiful women were ’Breck Girls’. Breck Shampoo maintained a tremendously successful and popular advertising campaign highlighting American womanhood, health and beauty through photographs and paintings of Ralph William Williams. Approached with encouragement by John Robert Powers, a powerful man and Model Agency owner in the 1960’s, our seller joined a lovely list of Breck Girls. The opportunity allowed Lynda to enjoy the perks and social activities of a young model in 1960’s Hollywood. Being a modest person and downsizing to a smaller home, Lynda sweetly smiles with contentment when asked about her experiences in Hollywood. She is a lady with class that we were fortunate and happy to have met. AA. AUCTION ENDS: Monday April 13th 2015 Starting @ 9:00 pm. (2 items end each minute).
