Conditions of Auction
All Properties are being sold as-is and where-is in every way. All information given is from sources believed to be correct, but is not guaranteed. Buyers are best advised to rely entirely on their own information, judgments and inspection of the articles and bid accordingly. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel is in the best interest of the auction, and the auctioneer reserves the right to stop the bidding if he feels a person's conduct, actions, or adverse comments are not in the best interest of the auction. In the case of a tie bid, the auctioneer may, at his discretion, re-open the auction between the top 2 bidders, and should a tie occur between a left bid and a floor bid, the bid will go to the floor. All announcements from the Auction Block shall take precedence over any printed or otherwise announced statements. Terms of Sale Approved payment types include cash, check (upon approval,) and credit/debit cards when available. All livestock will leave the night of auction with processor, buyer is responsible to select a processor PRIOR to the start of bidding. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor is responsible for the delivery of purchased items, and are not liable for any personal injury on the premises where the auction is held. All sales are final. The buyer agrees, upon registration, to all terms and conditions of the sale. Dudley's Auction is not responsible for the delivery of purchased items. Dudley's Auction is excited to be assisting with the Citrus County Fair again for the 2022 year! This year we will be providing an online bidding component. This will allow bidders to bid LIVE from home, the road or wherever they feel comfortable! This sale will be simulcast; bidding will be happening live in conjunction with Mr. David Rooks calling the sale. We will be providing an audio and video feed of the auction as well (thanks to Powers Protection for setting up the internet in the arena!!), this feed is viewable to anyone with the link. There is no registration required to view the auction (registration only required to bid). Payment will be made directly to Citrus County Fair Association, and will be collected at the completion of the sale. If you are in need of a processor please check the processing partner list below. We highly suggest you touch base with the processors PRIOR to the auction. I understand that the purchase of this animal is for HARVEST ONLY; No Swine to be used for breeding purposes.
