Tractor/Backhoe: 2007 NorTrac NT204 4wd diesel compact tractor with 325 hrs. & NT620 loader; Agri-Machinery BHM-95 3 pt. pto backhoe attachment w/12” & 16” buckets; 5’ 3 pt. box blade w/scarifier; 3 pt. lifting boom; 12v ATV sprayer; tandem dump garden trailer; 72” clamp-on loader bucket snow blade.
Tools/Shop Items: JET 1325 BPD (13”x25”) metal lathe with stand, collets, and tooling; Millermatic 200 MIG welder; small oxy-acetylene torch set; sandlblaster; engine hoist; bench grinder; (2) floor drill presses; power miter saw; chop saw; workbenches; Craftsman 4x36 belt/disc sander; 1” belt sander; misc. hand & power tools.
