Auction Terms & Conditions ***BUYER'S PREMIUM: A buyer's premium equal to 10% will be applied to all winning bids The buyer's premium percentage will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer, as part of the pinal purchase price.


***PAYMENT: Payment for any purchase is considered due and payable on receipt of invoice. All payments are due in our office by Thursday at 6p. At that time the Merchandise becomes the property of AAA Auction Service. AAA Auction Service, Inc., may, in its discretion, ban buyers from participating in future auctions.

All purchases must be paid for before merchandise is removed from auction premises. Payments accepted are cash, check (merchandise may be held until cleared by bank), bank check or money order, bank wire transfer, PayPal (online bidders only), or Visa/Mastercard. Any PayPal or Credit Card purchases must be made with AAA Auction Service office, & will charged a 4% convenience fee.

Personal checks from bidders unknown to AAA Auction Service, Inc., will be acceptable only if credit has been previously established or if a bank authorization has been received guaranteeing a personal check. The buyer agrees to pay AAA Auction Service, Inc. a handling charge of $35.00 for any check not honored by the drawee.

If the purchaser breaches any of its obligations under thse conditions of sale, including its obligation to pay in full the purchase price for all items purchased, AAA Auction Service, Inc. may exercise its rights under the law, which may include canceling the sale and applying any payments made by the buyer to the damages caused by the breach, and/or offering at public auction, without reserve, any lot or item for which the buyer has failed to pay in full or failed to remove from the premises with 30 days. The buyer will be held liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale. The liability of AAA Auction Service, Inc. to any buyer in regard to any item shall not exceed the purchae price actually paid by such buyer.

It is the responsibility of the bidder to arrange method and delivery of complete payment with auctioneer.

***REMOVAL: All items must be paid for in full before they may be removed from auction location. All items MUST be removed from auction location during announced removal period. Items paid for and not removed from auction premises after 10 business days may be considered abandoned by the auctioneer.


***SHIPPING: Shipping is available on lots that can fit in the boxes from the postal system and non breakable items. Buyer is responsible for paying for items in full prior to being allowed to pick-up or have items shipped. Shipping costs include cost of shipping plus a $10 minimum S&H fee. (Even if the purchase price is $2.50 there will be a shipping fee of $10.00.

OPTION 1: At bidder's request, auctioneer will transport items, at no charge, to PakMail at 7525 Maplecrest Rd., Fort Wayne, IN 46835 (260)486-0204. Buyers must complete the shipping process independent of the auctioneer. Please research packing and shipping costs with the shipper before you bid!

OPTION 2: At bidder's request, auctioneer will pack and ship items to bidder only if items can be shipped in USPS Priority Flat Rate Mailing Box or Envelope. (The largest USPS Flat Rate Box measures 12"x12"x8".) In this event, bidder agrees that (a) all such packaging, handling and shipping is at sole risk of the purchaser and that auctioneer shall have no liability for any loss or damage to such items, and (b) purchaser shall pay all charges in advance of item being shipped.

The bidder will pay all postage or freight costs, plus an appropriate handling fee of $10 per order to account for time.

The buyer is solely responsible for securing of labor for loading and packing of items purchased. AAA Auction Service, Inc., does not employ laborers for loading and packing purposes. Any outside contractor selected by the buyer for pickup of purchased items will be responsible for any packing, packaging and boxing or crating necessary.
