A sign in sheet will go out one hour before the sale starts. Any sheet other than a Grasons sheet will not be honored. All sales are final. No refunds or returns. Sales tax will be applied to all sales unless you have a re-sellers license. A minimum of $ 50 in order to use a credit/debit card. We are not liable for any injuries outside or inside the home. Enter at your own risk. Please do not park illegally or block/park in the neighbors driveways.

Hello Everyone,
We will start taking appointments down Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 10 am. 1. Please text 714-561-8299 your full name(s), email address, date, time you would like at attend the BY APPOINTMENT SALE in Westminster. 2. Please understand that this is a very strict gated community that will not allow us to have people park inside the community. All parking will have to be outside on the street and will require you to walk inside. A list will be provided to the front gate of all the names of the people allowed to enter the community. If your name is not on the list you will not enter so please provide ALL the names including yourself if you need an appointment. Please be 100% sure the people attending will be showing up to keep things organized. 3. We will be emailing you all the information on where to park once you have confirmed a date and time with us.
We thank you all for your cooperation and understanding. Please don’t show up too early to your appointment as we don’t want to disrupt the neighbors. 10-15 minutes should be enough time to walk from your car to the home depending on your situation. Please ask all questions before making an appointment with us. It’s a first come first serve when signing up for an appointment. Once the slots have been filled, we will move to the next available time and date to come to our sale.See you here, happy shopping!
Grasons Integrity has a Fabulous Designer estate Sale happening in the city of Westminster. Due to strict rules and regulations of the HOA we will now be holding this as an “BY APPOINTMENT” only. Details will be coming shortly of when you can book an appointment. The address will not be released to the public. The sale has been pushed out to the last week in April.
